The story behind the tribe.

I'm a wife to my husband Michael, mom to Sophia and Michael Jr. (both homeschooled), and a Central Jersey girl through and through. And for years, I felt like I was running on a treadmill of everything for everyone else — kids, family, business, household — with no real space that was just mine.

I'd go to networking events and feel out of place. I'd join Facebook mom groups and feel disconnected. I'd show up to local meetups hoping to find my people, and walk away feeling like I'd just performed for two hours.

So I stopped looking. And I started building.

Thrive Tribe is what I wished existed.

It's a women's networking community in Central New Jersey — but it's not really about networking. It's about finding your people. The women who actually show up. Who text back. Who refer business. Who become real friends, not just LinkedIn connections.

We host real events. We have sub-clubs for niche communities (like Latina Mom Tribe, our newest). We're building a podcast, a membership, and a tribe that — I hope — feels like coming home.

Why I'm doing this.

Because I'm 100% certain there are other women out there who feel exactly how I felt. The mom who's tired. The business owner who's lonely. The woman who has dreams she hasn't told anyone about yet because there's no one to tell.
